Electric Dreams occurs as 1984 movie set around San Francisco, California that depicts a love triangle between the human, the woman, & a home computer. It stars Lenny von Dohlen, Virginia Madsen and Bud Cort (voice) and was directed by Steve Barron.

It features music from either large popular musicians of the time, existence among of the film of this generation that actively explored the commercial hyperlink between a pic & its soundtrack.

A VHS videotape conversion of this movie is uncommon. It was freed within 1984 and agawithin in 1991, but has non been made since a mid-1990s.

Plot
the story opens using Miles Harding, a architect who envisions a brick shaped like the jigsaw puzzle piece that could withstand earthquakes. Looking how else for unionized, he buys the page computer (manufactured per fictitious company Pinecone Computers) & begins to grow his idea.

When Miles is attempting to download information from either the supercomputer at work, a computer begins to overheat. Within a state of panic, Miles pours the nearby bottle of champagne above the machine. Instead of destroying it, this has a gonzo burden of bringing a computer to life.

the remainder of the motion-picture show deals by having a flakey love triangle between Miles, his computer, and musician known as Madeline. A computer more and more invades Miles' affairs leading to many scenes of public embarassment.
